OPTIMISER LES ENTRETIENS COMMERCIAUX D'UN ING\u00c9NIEUR, EN REPENSANT SES OUTILS DE COMMUNICATION.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Pour \u00eatre efficace, la communication d\u2019une entreprise doit \u00eatre claire. Elle doit montrer aux prospects en quoi nous pouvons les aider.\u00a0 <\/span>
<\/span>De ce point de vue, la communication de cet entrepreneur m\u00e9ritait d\u2019\u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. Il avait cr\u00e9\u00e9 sa soci\u00e9t\u00e9 6 ans avant de faire appel \u00e0 mes services. Il concevait des produits pour l\u2019imprimerie et la s\u00e9rigraphie. De v\u00e9ritables petits tr\u00e9sors de technologie dont certains atteignent plusieurs milliers d\u2019euros le kilo.<\/span>
<\/span>
<\/span>Si sa gamme de produits \u00e9tait de tr\u00e8s haute qualit\u00e9, il utilisait pour la pr\u00e9senter une plaquette qui comprenait de minuscules \u00e9chantillons avec plusieurs gammes de produits mais pas tr\u00e8s inspirante pour les imprimeurs.<\/span><\/p>

Sous mon impulsion, nous avons travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de plusieurs plaquettes plus a\u00e9r\u00e9es, centr\u00e9es sur les exemples d\u2019application de ces produits. Les informations techniques \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sentes, mais s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es selon les besoins du prospect afin de leur permettre de se projeter dans l\u2019usage de ses produits lors des rendez-vous de pr\u00e9sentation.<\/span><\/p>

Au final, ce nouvel outil a rendu les entretiens commerciaux de mon client bien plus confortable en rempla\u00e7ant sa pr\u00e9sentation statique par une v\u00e9ritable conversation \u00e0 l\u2019issue de laquelle le prospect avait une id\u00e9e pr\u00e9cise de ce qu\u2019il allait pouvoir r\u00e9aliser gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces produits.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
