La ma\u00eetrise d\u2019un logiciel est anecdotique si elle n\u2019est pas mise au service de votre productivit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>

C\u2019est l\u2019exp\u00e9rience qu\u2019a fait cet expert-comptable lorsqu\u2019il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019optimiser sa productivit\u00e9 en investissant dans un tout nouveau logiciel de gestion comptable et commerciale. J\u2019avais initialement \u00e9t\u00e9 consult\u00e9e pour effectuer le param\u00e9trage des fichiers dans ce nouvel outil, cens\u00e9 effectuer la facturation automatiquement.<\/span><\/p>

Th\u00e9oriquement c\u2019est ce qu\u2019il faisait. N\u00e9anmoins, le param\u00e9trage de base de ce logiciel ne r\u00e9pondait pas exactement aux sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de l\u2019activit\u00e9 de cet expert-comptable.<\/span><\/p>

Mon client avait souscrit un contrat d’assistance lors de l’acquisition de cet outil. Lorsqu\u2019il y a fait appel \u00e0 mes services, il s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que ses interlocuteurs connaissaient parfaitement le logiciel, mal les probl\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 la facturation de mon client. Ils lui montraient le fonctionnement et c\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e0 lui de l\u2019adapter \u00e0 son entreprise.<\/span><\/p>

J\u2019ai donc pris le temps de param\u00e9trer convenablement les dossiers de mon client.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Aujourd\u2019hui, mon client b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une facturation automatique performante et sait qu\u2019il peut s\u2019appuyer sur ma connaissance de son m\u00e9tier et des outils informatiques pour faire \u00e9voluer son usage du logiciel lorsque son entreprise l’exigera.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
